My name is Sharyn Bovat. I'm a whistleblower

who's traveled across America trying to expose abuse of taxpayer money & members of congress that let it happen.

I found out about fraud and discrimination happening at NISSAN North America and have been retaliated against for over 3 years. NISSAN took over 1 Billion dollars from the Dept. of Energy for the Leaf EV. The problem is they're using technology from the 90's andNISSAN took the money because in 2009 they were having major cash flow problems. Because I worked with high level executives I learned of the fruad. When I whistle blew they tried to discredit me (in many ways). My life is horrible.

Many lawyers have told me to file a FALSE Claims lawsuit. Due to the fact that NISSANused a taxpayer backed IDB bond for the collateral law firms don't want the case. My civil and Constitutional rights were violated byNISSAN but the judicial system in Tennessee is loaded with Cronyism and the odds of me getting a "fair" solution (FYI - I'm not greedy... I just want JUSTICE and for the discrimination and fraud to stop.

I've spend 3 years fighting it. I've proven it in the eyes to many. NOW I need a clear headed thinker to help figure out HOW to get NISSANto mediate.
